We are pleased to welcome our newest Leaders of the Free World cohort! These LFW Fellows will take part in our 20-week leadership development program that includes mentorship, personal development, and a service-learning trip to Ghana. Our program maximizes the potential of our students while building their confidence, effectiveness, and self-efficacy. Our goal is to build more young men into future leaders in their own communities and around the world.
LFW Fellows participate in the program with students from several different institutions across the U.S. and are each matched with a LFW Mentor and an accountability partner from the cohort. Fellows take part in lectures given by industry-leading practitioners (both domestic and international) in the business, government, tech, education, and social impact fields, expanding both their national and international network as they learn what it takes to become the world changers of tomorrow.
