LFW Global Leadership Pipeline Initiative
The Global Leadership Pipeline Initiative aims to diversify the global leadership landscape for young Black men by creating access to opportunities and information about international experiences and global leadership development. The program aims to increase the number of Black men who study abroad at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, participate in international fellowship programs, and obtain global leadership opportunities.

- Provide Career-Development & Readiness on a Global Scale
- Promote International Leadership Development
- Increase Networking and Global Exchange
Throughout the year, LFW will provide opportunities for students, employers, and international education programs to engage, build connections, and strengthen the Global Leadership Pipeline for Black men in college and in their future careers. Students from partner colleges will have the opportunity to participate in virtual workshops from industry experts and access global networking opportunities, funding, and career connections.

By diversifying the global leadership landscape we hope to increase the number of Black men in fields like international education, foreign service, global business, and global health. The Pipeline Initiative creates inclusive spaces and practices where Black men are encouraged and supported to pursue global leadership opportunities in college and beyond.
